Enquiries
We collect the name, email address and details you enter in the Contact form to reply to your enquiry and prepare the experience you request. Name and email are required to process your request; the other fields are optional. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text fields.
Legal basis
Requests for an experience or quotation are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to OMNI PARIS.
Recipients
Authorised people at OMNI PARIS receive enquiries and booking details as needed to handle your request. Webflow hosts the website and processes its Contact form; Bókun provides the booking service and Stripe processes payments. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Webflow’s data processing addendum describes its transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Bókun’s and Stripe’s privacy notices describe their processing and international transfers. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to your data at contact@omniparis.com.
Retention
Simple enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for 12 months after the enquiry is closed. Prospect details used for commercial follow-up are retained for up to 3 years from collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect. Customer details used for permitted marketing are retained during the commercial relationship and for up to 3 years after it ends or the last contact initiated by the customer. Booking contracts and evidence needed to establish or defend legal rights are kept in restricted-access archives for 5 years after the service, unless a longer statutory period applies. Consumer contracts concluded electronically for an amount of €120 or more are kept for 10 years from performance of the service. Invoices and accounting supporting documents are kept for 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year. Practical participant information is deleted when it is no longer needed, unless it is necessary evidence. Documents relevant to an ongoing dispute are retained until its resolution and the expiry of applicable legal periods. Retained data is reviewed quarterly for deletion or archiving.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability for eligible data. Write to contact@omniparis.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Bookings, payments and cookies
When you use the booking service, Bókun processes the booking selections, contact and participant details you supply, together with technical information needed to operate the service. Payment information is handled through the payment provider. This policy must be finalised before publication: the cookies and other storage actually used by the embedded booking service, their purposes, durations and any consent requirements still need to be checked on the published website.
